What is CORE Elevate?
This immersive 30-day experience is a catalyst for focused mind-body growth and transformation. You’ll be guided out of stagnation to move through your blocks and move into your strengths with a high level of support and guidance along the way. With a combination of Pilates sessions, daily CORE integration practices and weekly check-ins, CORE Elevate provides the time and focus for you to incite lasting change.
How can CORE Elevate work for you and your lifestyle?
With busy schedules and demanding to-do lists, finding time for yourself is a challenge. The CORE Elevate Online Group program allows for you to fit in your workouts in a way that works with your schedule. The live classes are recorded so you can access them at a time that works for you.

Connecting to your CORE is at the center of it all, and we’ll work together from the (inside) out to accomplish your bigger goals. We’ll discover what you really want. CAITLYN'S EXPERIENCE WITH CORE ELEVATE
Fitness has always been a part of my life, from dancing in my youth to trying on yoga, Pilates, cycling, and other modalities in adulthood. So, when I learned about CORE Elevate, I was curious yet a little skeptical about how the work could produce different results than I’d already experienced. After completing CORE Elevate, it’s truly hard for me to articulate the transformation I’ve undergone. Physically, I grew strong enough to perform exercises I hadn’t been able to master in my ten-year practice, and I got noticed by instructors in other classes for my improved physical performance. Mentally, I gained the confidence to shed my shirt, expose my core, and workout in a sports bra for the first time in my life. Even my partner of nine years and my therapist of six years asked me why I seemed so much more upbeat, content, and at peace. These are just a few examples that brush the surface of the impact CORE Elevate has had on my life, not just during the 30 days but beyond. I’ve spent most of my adult life trying to piece together a wellness routine with regular fitness classes, therapy, self-help books, daily rituals, and workshops. But this is the only program I’ve found that packages it all in a single 30-day bundle. Words really can’t do it justice, you just have to experience it for yourself.
Denise Posnak Gaffney has been teaching Pilates for over 17 years. She is a certified Romana's Pilates teacher, holds an MFA in Dance and is certified in pre and post-natal Pilates.
She believes that when you are centered, aligned, strong and supple, your life expands. Denise embraces a mind/body connection that opens you to new levels of awareness, strength, flexibility and mental well-being.
In addition to teaching online, Denise offers in-person studio sessions in NYC. She also offers business consultation sessions for fitness professionals and is the creator ofPilates For Fourth Trimester Moms, a 10-video series for moms who want to safely and effectively get their core back after birth.
