What is CORE Elevate?
This immersive 30-day experience is a catalyst for focused mind-body growth and transformation. You’ll be guided out of stagnation to move through your blocks and move into your strengths with a high level of support every step of the way. With a combination of private Pilates sessions, daily CORE integration practices and weekly check-ins, CORE Elevate provides the time and focus for you to incite lasting change.

Before we can unleash your deep strength and unlock your most aligned life, we have to start where you are. We’ll begin with an overview of your schedule, your fitness history, your relationship with working out and your day-to-day flow of energy. Then we’ll create a plan.

Connecting to your CORE is at the center of it all, and we’ll work together from the (inside) out to accomplish your bigger goals. We’ll discover what you really want. Is it to be able to run a faster mile? Improve your tennis game? Get out of lower back pain? Be in a better mood? Or simply START exercising again? We'll set your intention, so we know what we're working toward.

Denise Posnak Gaffney has been teaching Pilates for over 17 years. She is a certified Romana's Pilates teacher, holds an MFA in Dance and is certified in pre and post-natal Pilates.
She believes that when you are centered, aligned, strong and supple, your life expands. Denise embraces a mind/body connection that opens you to new levels of awareness, strength, flexibility and mental well-being.
In addition to teaching online, Denise offers in-person studio sessions in NYC. She also offers business consultation sessions for fitness professionals and is the creator ofPilates For Fourth Trimester Moms, a 10-video series for moms who want to safely and effectively get their core back after birth.
